Fight Bad Breath with Food

 

 

I am not just referring to morning breath, but the bad breath that just wont go away.   Attack bad breath by adding in foods that fight bacteria growth and reducing foods that may promote bad breath.

Reduce

  1. Coffee
  2. Black tea
  3. Sugary foods
  4. Alcohol
  5. Low carb diets

Add in More

  1. Water
  2. Mint
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Guava
  5. Ginger
  6. Basil
  7. Green tea
  8. Wasabi
  9. Cranberries
  10. Cherries
  11. Plain yogurt

Instead of using sugar for a sweetener, try honey and agave because they have antibacterial properties.
